Junior training - pure dynamic.

The junior training for 13 to 16 year olds is more play-oriented and less confrontational than the advanced training. As a rule, young people start with light-contact-boxing and are admitted to the Junior A-Team after a performance test. Here training is carried out parallel to normal Youth training. In this way, the young people are better funded according to their performance level.

Light-contact boxing means that the boxers only touch and do not hit hard. LC is therefore particularly suitable for children and young people and can be trained as a recreational, school and competition sport. Those who want to master "Light-Contact" and do want to step into the Amateur boxing (hitting power not limited) will be given special care and prepared for the transition to adult training if the parents consent.
