Boxing is a high-performance sport. In hardly any other sport is fitness as important as in boxing. That's why the boxing training is also excellent for those who do not want to participate in competitions and do not want to box against others.
Of course it's all about boxing. The trainers attach great importance to the correct technique and proper movement sequences. But boxing challenges not only the body but also the will. Fitness boxtraining is therefore the most holistic form to get fit and to remain there.

The cost of fitness training is:
Membership fee (annual): CHF 600
Registration fee (one time): CHF 30
Come simply non-committal in training (no registration required). Before the first trial, a health questionnaire must be completed.
Necessary material for "sniffing"
Light sportswear and box bandages (can be purchased on the spot for CHF 10). Boxing gloves are provided.
